I have used these design principles for my leadership courses in two different universities. I am on an accelerated journey of transformation (self and service) with “5D Conscious Business Model Design”, “The Heroines” labs and “Children First World” intergenerational academies and “Conscious Learning Tribe” Mind to Heart programs. Although learner groups, learning formats and goals are different, I observe patterns that are emerging, so visible, yet so missed.
